Splatoon 3 October Community Cup

Information

RULES SUMMARY

  • All players must be students and alumni that have attended the same university. 
  • Teams must have at least 4 players. Teams may add/remove players from team between weeks.
  • If teams are more than 20 minutes late they will forfeit a map.
  • Check-in deadline is 1:30pm. Teams who don't check-in will not get games for that evening.
  • Offensive player and team names are not allowed.
  • Verbal abuse is not allowed. In particular any use of racist, sexist, homophobic or any other discriminatory language will lead to a minimum 3-week suspension.

Map and Mode Selection

Each game will be best of 5 with the modes going in this order:

  1. Splat Zones
  2. Tower Control
  3. Clam Blitz
  4. Rainmaker (if needed)
  5. Splat Zones (if needed)

For map 1, teams will ban one at a time until there is 1 map left
For all maps afterwards, the winner of the previous map bans 2 maps, and the loser picks from the remaining maps.
If it goes to map 5, the winner bans 2 maps and the map played in game 1 can not be picked. The loser picks from the remaining 4 maps.
