Summary
Captain's Document
Most issues you face can be avoided by following the instructions found in the Captain's Document (https://docs.google.com/document/d/12EnwqxUtVuCdGgIPHVVE_F_VvZsKDUWXW9OG5WvUOK8/edit). It provides a walk through of the steps you need to take before the start of the night's games as well as what to do once they've begun.
